Berlin, August 9, 2016 – AICOMP Group (www.aicomp.com), leading provider of SAP-
configuration solutions joins forces with ABAYOO Business Network GmbH
(www.abayoo.de), SAP-Gold partner and one of the leading providers of SaaS projects
and its network in Central Europe. ABAYOO’s Board of Directors has given their unanimous
consent to the acquisition by its longtime partner. By the end of 2016 the complete
acquisition of ABAYOO by AICOMP Group will be finalized.
ABAYOO Business Network GmbH was founded in 2010 by Wolfgang Schmidt as the first 100%
“cloud-born company” in the SAP environment and is currently one of the leading providers and
resellers of SAP Cloud services for midsize and large midsize enterprises. Since its foundation
ABAYOO established a comprehensive know-how in a variety of sectors as well as an extended
network of solution providers and system houses. The SAP Gold Partner was repeatedly honored for
its achievements and is known as Pinnacle Award winner in the D/A/CH region.

Acquisition enables integration

hybrid SAP solutions market segment – for example the integration of AICOMP’s ERP AddOn
VCPowerPack™ in SAP’s fast growing HANA Cloud Platform/ HANA Enterprise Cloud. The porting of
VCPowerPack™ onto the HANA Platform AICOMP integrates its efficient configuration engine via
SAP’s SDK into the new world of C4C, ByD, and S/4, including Simple Finance and Simple Logistics.
