Artificial Intelligence or Intelligence Amplification
Amancio Bouza discusses the differences between artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligence amplification (IA). He uses the examples of Terminator representing AI and Ironman representing IA. While both use AI technologies, IA supports and enhances human capabilities rather than competing with humans. Bouza provides four examples of IA technologies, including tools that connect human expertise, build global brain networks, create API ecosystems, and perform sentiment analysis. He argues that IA will have more impact than AI in the near future.
