1. Preparing and supervising the drilling fluid properties during the drilling operation, and taking critical
actions towards any interference to the drilling fluid.
2. Secure the company business onsite, with totally respect to the working policy.
3. Monitoring and testing of the drilling fluid, and reporting it day to day on site to the representative man on
site with applying some recommendations that can improve the drilling operation.
4. Delivering a complete mud Rheology and Hydraulics calculation with the ability to Handel any
explanations.
5. Complete awareness of formation damage handling, measurement and prevention and all mud related
drilling problems, always ready to eliminate it in a professional way.

-Senior Data Engineer / Unit Manager (Weatherford SLS Jan/2006 – Dec/2008).
**Mud Logging tasks & responsibilities:
Well site lithological description of ditch cuttings, side wall cores & conventional cores for different rocks with
adequate experience in core point detection & core catching.
Monitoring & supervising different operations including the drilling operations; drilling parameters acquisition &
treatment; hydrocarbons detection, analysis & interpretation; hydraulics; lag time & hole volume calculations; fair
idea about drilling fluids rheology; H2S awareness & detection; So always ready to take the required action & inform
the client at the right time.
Work on maintenance & QC of the company tools on site to get out with the best results, secure & protect the
company business eliminating obstacles & problems that may appear on site to avoid nonproductive time (NPT) that
affect business reputation.
Preparation of daily geological, technical reports & final well reports.
* Picking up formation tops, core & casing points using and combining available well logs, ROP, lithological changes,
gases, bed markers, Fossils & MWD/LWD data in addition to correlation with offset wells.
