The applicant is seeking to replat 2 lots
and a portion of a third lot, into two new
lots.

Establish Lots 9R and 10R, Block 171.
Lot 9R is a 0.3209 acre lot and will have
100’ of frontage along Evans.
Lot 10R is a 0.4196 acre lot and will
have 199.8’ of frontage along Evans and
196.79’ of frontage along La Jara.

10’ utility easement provided on the lot
frontages along Evans & La Jara
The replat meets all other technical
requirements established by Chapter 17
of the Subdivision Code, including Sec.
17-51.

Held a public hearing on May 1, 2017.
No public protest of plat.
Approved the plat.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
Postcards were mailed to property owners
within a 200-foot radius of the property,
appropriate notice was posted on the City
website, and a legal notice was printed in
the official newspaper of the City of Alamo
Heights.
