like the Open University, OPEDUCA, Heyy, and of course our
direct colleagues in every possible educational discipline.

6. The key activities we deploy are the coaching of the
students in their process of acquiring wisdom, rather than
knowledge, and taking a leading role in guiding groups of
students in their social and emotional devolopment.

7. To support this process we need the best digital devices
we can muster and a single space to support around 35
students. To guide our students we need personal coaches
and experts. On an intellectual level we need extensive
knowledge and skills in Agile, mindmapping, open
educational resources and target processing.
