Explore: Empathy Map (10 min)
In small teams let’s do empathy map on following project:
• Select your most favorite smartphone app
e.g. facebook, twitter, amazon, Apple/Google map, Yahoo news,
Weather, WhatsApp
• Role play with a few being the customer and others being the owner of
the app. App owners ask relevant questions and collect the
requirements on sticky notes and map it on empathy map
• Share what you learned as a group from the exercise
