This document provides an agenda for a one-day conference on developing shared leadership to improve health and wellbeing. The conference will include panel discussions on where leadership needs to go and how to get there, as well as breakout sessions. Participants will vote periodically on questions related to progress. There will also be opportunities to engage with speakers on specific topics like change management and public engagement over lunch. The goal is to build commitment to collaborative solutions and determine if leadership can rise to the challenges discussed.
