You can choose how much you want to grow your business. If you work hard you reap the rewards obviously if you don’t work hard you earn nothing. No glass ceilings, can be really liberating or even frightening.You create residual income for yourself if you choose to continue working. This is income that will continue to come through as long as the company is in business. Example: Styline and Sunrider money continued to come through even after she had stopped to actively participate in Sunrider.Leverage. The power of the network that you build is that you can leverageEfforts leverage - You get paid on the efforts of manyTime zone leverage - The business continues to run even when you are sleeping its a global businessRight now at work you depend on your own efforts, you are given an increment based on your own performance whereas with network marketing you can leverage the efforts of your network.Financial freedom – due to leverageYou help others to succeed. You get to mentor people in your team. The compensation plan forces certain behaviour that will benefit the whole team. Doreen will explain the compensation plan.Networking – earn together with your friends and also develop new relationships. I find that network marketing is stretching me. I don’t go forward and speak to people unless they come and speak to me or show somehow that they want to speak to me. I am being forced to approach people and talk to them and stretch myself. Also good for networking because whenever you win someone else wins too.Of all things – the timing is just right.
