Researchers have developed an organic capsule called the Mileage per Gallon Capsule (MPG-CAPS) that improves fuel efficiency and reduces emissions from vehicles. The capsule increases combustion speed by up to four times, boosts engine performance, and reduces exhaust temperatures while saving up to 14% of fuel. It has been approved for use in the Central African Republic where it can help reduce fuel costs and emissions. The capsule is dropped into the fuel tank before filling and works for both petrol and diesel vehicles.

Man has always been in pursuit of energy to meet his ever increasing demands. Nowadays due to increase in pollutions and global warming, there is a need for use of eco friendly fuels. In this project attempt has been made to use LPG as an alternative (secondary) fuel for two wheeler of four stroke engine. By using LPG, efficiency of engine can be increased and pollutions caused due to emissions can be reduced. Separate LPG fuel supply system (Gas Kit) has been installed through which LPG is supplied to carburetor directly. By this both Gasoline and LPG can be used in a single vehicle. According to our requirements we can change the supply of fuel to the engine. The changes required to install LPG to the vehicle are discussed below. When the vehicle is running at lower speed LPG is suitable and at higher speed Gasoline is suitable. So, this concept of using both Gasoline and LPG as fuel is suitable for cities where operation of vehicle is in lower speed due to the traffic. Hence by using this concept we save money in buying fuel and also reduce pollutions caused.

Le but de ce projet est de nous donner des connaissances, les plus
complètes possibles sur les différents types de concentration solaire pour la
production électrique. Les différentes étapes sont :
Recherche sur les gisements solaires
Découverte et approfondissement des différents types de
concentration solaire.
Aspects socio-économique et environnemental de
l’énergie solaire
Réalisation d’un mini concentrateur solaire qui pourra,
dans le futur, être couplé avec un petit moteur Stirling.
Mais encore, ce projet va poursuivre notre apprentissage du travail en groupe et
de la séparation des tâches au sein d’un groupe.

Madame, Monsieur, Cher compatriote,
Le 27 Décembre 2015, vous marquerez par votre choix le début d’une étape importante et
historique concernant la destinée de notre pays.
Le constat est indéniable, indiscutable pour chacun d’entre nous Centrafricains. Nous avons
vécu dans nos chairs et à travers nos émotions profondes cette longue et insoutenable
descente aux enfers durant ces dernières années – Je suis continuellement et sans relâche
hanté à la pensée de nos Familles dans nos villages, nos villes aujourd’hui détruites dans leurs
âmes et pour certaines déracinées, déplacées.
Les 10 dernières années ont été les plus cruelles, et cela reconnue du monde entier.
L’histoire récente et difficile de notre pays nous a permis de nous faire une conviction. Ce qui
aujourd’hui, nous donne les moyens de réagir et de prendre en main la destinée de notre
pays. Oui, nous en avons le devoir pour nos futures générations.
Mon amour, ma détermination et mon engagement pour notre pays, la RCA, et votre
détermination m’oblige à croire en cet avenir prospère dont nous rêvons tous – Oui la tâche
que nous allons tous entreprendre est colossale mais pas insurmontable et cela commence
d’abord par une transparence envers nous-même ainsi qu’une vigilance accrue de chacun
d’entre nous: Exiger des garanties pour ne plus jamais retomber dans les pratiques du passée
et nous assurer de la mise en place des bases solides pour favoriser le développement de
notre pays.
Notre maturité nous permet sans grande difficulté d’identifier les responsables de la situation
actuelle:

Une mauvaise gouvernance politique, judiciaire, économique et sociale,
•
La corruption,
•
Une insécurité qui dépasse l’entendement,
•
Les frustrations et humiliations par la promotion de la médiocrité et du clanisme,

Une fracture et une perte de confiance entre les Centrafricains,

Une politique qui a simplement oubliée l’essentiel, Nous, les citoyens Centrafricains.

Dandelion Hashtable: beyond billion requests per second on a commodity server
This slide deck presents DLHT, a concurrent in-memory hashtable. Despite efforts to optimize hashtables, that go as far as sacrificing core functionality, state-of-the-art designs still incur multiple memory accesses per request and block request processing in three cases. First, most hashtables block while waiting for data to be retrieved from memory. Second, open-addressing designs, which represent the current state-of-the-art, either cannot free index slots on deletes or must block all requests to do so. Third, index resizes block every request until all objects are copied to the new index. Defying folklore wisdom, DLHT forgoes open-addressing and adopts a fully-featured and memory-aware closed-addressing design based on bounded cache-line-chaining. This design offers lock-free index operations and deletes that free slots instantly, (2) completes most requests with a single memory access, (3) utilizes software prefetching to hide memory latencies, and (4) employs a novel non-blocking and parallel resizing. In a commodity server and a memory-resident workload, DLHT surpasses 1.6B requests per second and provides 3.5x (12x) the throughput of the state-of-the-art closed-addressing (open-addressing) resizable hashtable on Gets (Deletes).

This is a session that details how PostgreSQL's features and Azure AI Services can be effectively used to significantly enhance the search functionality in any application.
In this session, we'll share insights on how we used PostgreSQL to facilitate precise searches across multiple fields in our mobile application. The techniques include using LIKE and ILIKE operators and integrating a trigram-based search to handle potential misspellings, thereby increasing the search accuracy.
We'll also discuss how the azure_ai extension on PostgreSQL databases in Azure and Azure AI Services were utilized to create vectors from user input, a feature beneficial when users wish to find specific items based on text prompts. While our application's case study involves a drug search, the techniques and principles shared in this session can be adapted to improve search functionality in a wide range of applications. Mutation Testing for Task-Oriented Chatbots
Conversational agents, or chatbots, are increasingly used to access all sorts of services using natural language. While open-domain chatbots - like ChatGPT - can converse on any topic, task-oriented chatbots - the focus of this paper - are designed for specific tasks, like booking a flight, obtaining customer support, or setting an appointment. Like any other software, task-oriented chatbots need to be properly tested, usually by defining and executing test scenarios (i.e., sequences of user-chatbot interactions). However, there is currently a lack of methods to quantify the completeness and strength of such test scenarios, which can lead to low-quality tests, and hence to buggy chatbots.
To fill this gap, we propose adapting mutation testing (MuT) for task-oriented chatbots. To this end, we introduce a set of mutation operators that emulate faults in chatbot designs, an architecture that enables MuT on chatbots built using heterogeneous technologies, and a practical realisation as an Eclipse plugin. Moreover, we evaluate the applicability, effectiveness and efficiency of our approach on open-source chatbots, with promising results.

This webinar will delve into the motivations behind establishing LF Energy’s Carbon Data Specification Consortium. It will provide an overview of the draft specifications and the ongoing progress made by the respective working groups.

- 1. http://docs.google.com/View?id=dczccmjv_273c4pvrdfs Africa teamDabealvi IN an effort to reduce the emission of toxic gases into the environment, researchers have come up with an organic capsule that reduces a vehicle's fuel consumption and at the same time conserves the environment. The Mileage per Gallon Capsule (MPG- CAPS) improves mileage, increases engine power and reduces emissions. It has already gone on sale in Central African republic (RCA). Manufactured by Forever Freedom International (FFI), a global firm based in Florida, USA, the capsule can be used in both petrol and diesel engine vehicles. The Ministry of Energy and Dineral Development has already approved the use of the capsule by motorists. This followed a comprehensive analysis of the capsule at the Government's analytical laboratory in Bangui. "The MPG-CAPS will increase energy efficiency and reduce the motor exhaust emission. It has no effect on the automobile engines," the ministry said. The capsule improves a vehicle's combustion speed by up to four times the original speed, boosts engine performance and lowers the exhaust pipe temperature. It also saves up to 14% of fuel. With this invention motorists will reduce fuel consumption in the midst of the ever-increasing fuel prices on the world market, which translates into high local pump prices. André-Léopold REGNIER, the FFI RCA-WALLIS Chapter director, says the product is a great opportunity to save money on fuel. Additionally, it contributes to environment protection through reduced emissions.
