21. 1) Aero-Flex is in a 10,000 SqFt facility, Primarily a Stainless Alloy shop with limited carbon.
2) We operate under our QMS: AS9100 Rev C. , ISO 9001, PED 97/23/EC.
All Materials are Purchase Order specified and all materials are inspected at receiving for full MTR
documentation, code compliant dimensions and cleanliness, then accepted by inventory.
Inventory stored on separate and organized racks; all inventory items have control numbers.
All Aero-Flex personnel are trained on the QMS and cross trained in various job functions.
QC, CWI & Floor Personnel and Managers have extensive experience and education in their
respective fields and preform regular Process Review Audits.
3) Aero-Flex develops its software and database systems for its manufacturing controls and process
functions for various operations. Aero-Flex maintains and manages its own computers servers and
systems through our internal IT Department. Accounting is done on a Quick Books based accounting
package with independent quarterly reviews.
4) All materials are cleaned before and after processing. All piping is acid washed, welds are
pickled and passivated, followed by cleanliness & FOD inspection and then capped.
ID visual inspection of all materials and piping is preformed on all assemblies.
5) Dimensional Controls are preformed on all assemblies with accurate & appropriate calibrated tools.
6) All Packaging, Shipping and Documentation is controlled and supervised with approved work instructions.
7) Aero-Flex is a private held company and has the financial stability to grow and expand as necessary.
8) EHS, Aero-Flex maintains a clean and safe facility and works with our local and state agencies to
maintain full compliance to Environmental and Health Regulations. See Attached Compliance Letter
