We process the scanned records that are in PDF format,
run it through an OCR process, and page number the

We are sharing any data after 448 bit strong encryption
through blowfish algorithm in specialized tool.
These encrypted files can't be exploited and can be
decrypt only with valid keys.
The keys for decryption will be shared personally
through phone.

We receive the encrypted files through drop box and we
share our final product through drop box or mail
depending on our client’s convenience.
13. Data storage:
We are maintaining a encrypted vault(disk space) within
our working machines, so it cannot be accessible by any
third parties without the valid keys.
Copying the files Customer files outside this vault is
prohibited.

All our associates are advised to complete HIPAA
security course certificate before allowed to work in any
project.
Risk registers are maintained periodically to monitor the
severity of every risk and measures to avoid any in

Security awareness training will be carried out regularly

16. Billings:
Regarding average lead time:
We charge about 18USD per hour initially for our
summarization effort (30 pages per hour).
This charge will be increased by 8% every year of its
rate against the inflation.
17. Average lead time:
We will deliver files below 200 page on the same or the
next day.
For files greater than 200 pages, we analyse the files and
share the estimated hours and date of file delivery with
the client and we start processing the file once it is
approved by our client.
