I was graduated from Bahir Dar University Institute of Technology Department of information
technology with Bachelor of Science June 29, 2005E.C. I am a young and vigorous person. I am
committed to accomplish all duties and responsibilities that complement with the aim and goal of
the Company. I have worked in different organizations / company my years of experience in
different companies provided me with valuable knowledge of how to monitor and maintain any
computing equipments, the computer systems and networks of an organization, install and
configure computer systems (hardware and software), diagnose faults and solve technical and
application problems and also upgrading software and backup and recovery tasks,
troubleshooting any system and network problems. I have also responsive to establish and manage
user accounts in the organization/ company. I have experienced in developing new system and
application implementation, custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational
reliability of organization/ company and give training for the staffs in how to use the new
developed software/system.
