Presently serving in Fortuna Impex Pvt Ltd as a Back Office Coordinator from 2nd May, 2014 to
till date. Fortuna, a new generation Indian Company integrates the largest technologies in Time &
Attendance System, Access Control, Smart Card & GPRS technologies into the Indian context to
excite the Indian users into innovative and feature rich products with large range in Biometric
System Based on Finger Print & face Recognition. Fortuna is actively working on the latest Vein &
IRIS technologies also.
Job Responsibilities:
 Coordinate with customer regarding support engineers and out station support engineers.
 Receive all support related calls
 Support calls logged in the system and coordinate with support team
 Support related price quotation draw and raise invoice
 Following up with customer and maintain compilation of work in system
 Coordinate with customer and support engineers regarding all new installation and ongoing projects.
 Support related documents, invoices management
 Payments follows up for all ongoing projects and review the same.
 Monitoring support engineers work status and report submission
 Monitoring all going projects status
 Weekly review and report maintain of all Support Engineers Activities and projects.

I was serving with Right Florist as Operation Executive for 2 years since 14th May 2012. Right Florist
is a leading global network of florist. We are also approved vendor of major online portals in India also
approved vendor of major on line portals in India. Apart from online, offline retailing of flowers and gifts,
Right Florist also offer corporate gifting solutions to some of India’s largest corporate houses.
Job Responsibilities:
 Receive orders by our own websites
 Check payment status of all received orders in Payment Gateway.
 Process those order in proper manners by locations
 If there is any issue I coordinate with Customer through mail or over phone.
 Coordinate with vendors and negotiate price.
 Monitoring the delivery status of the orders.
Academic Qualification:
 Master in Arts from University of Calcutta with 49% in 2011
 Graduation in Arts from Asutosh College with 46.63% in 2009
 H.S from W.B.C.H.S.E. with 65.1% in 2006
 Madhyamik from W.B.B.S.E with 70.25% in 2004
Technical Skills:
 Computer Applications: MS Office - Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint & Ms Access.
 Operating Systems: Windows XP/7, Windows 2003/08 Server.
 Good Knowledge of Advance Excel
