Campus orgs would send in their requests a week in
advance. No individual would be able to update things
Students could subscribe to the clubs from which they
want to get notifications

Our Project
Goals
Two main goals:
1. Set up an all-inclusive calendar
helps improve better
communication between
students and different
departments on campus.
2. Help students get more involved
on campus.

Budget
● Budget for all campus calendar
● 6 months to hire someone to program: $50,000
● Graphic designer: $5,000
● Maintaining after installed: $30,000/year
● Ways to fund calendar: add $1-$2 to tuition (e-tech
fee), generating $20,000-$50,000 if proposal to raise e-
tech fee approves
