Lean Coffee is a structured yet agenda-less meeting format where participants generate the agenda democratically. It follows steps where people float topic ideas, introduce their ideas briefly, vote on preferred topics, rank the top voted topics, discuss each topic in turn within a timebox, and record any notes from the discussions. The format aims to produce productive and directed conversations from an agenda created by the meeting participants themselves.
