Wings to Fly Evaluation Final Report
This document presents the findings of a mid-term performance evaluation of the Wings to Fly activity in Kenya. The evaluation assessed the equitability of how youth were informed about and selected for the program, the effectiveness of the financial and psychosocial support provided, and options for monitoring and reporting on the activity. It was found that the selection process reached the most marginalized areas but was less equitable for gender. Financial support was effective for needs but psychosocial support could be improved. Enhanced external reporting could benefit the activity. Recommendations include strategies to improve gender equity, psychosocial programming, and information sharing.
