Company Background
A Consulting Firm has been established in July 2013 by its promoter Ajay Saraf to provide support
for Innovative & Cost effective Farming Solutions & Agriculture Technologies on Pan-India basis.
Essential trainings, to the Users, Service Providers (Agri-Input Machinery dealers), Various Agencies
like NGO's, SHG's, pertaining to efficient implementation of the technologies (Pre & Post Operation )
has been included in the Scope of Services being offered by the Firm.
The Promoter, Er.Ajay Saraf, is an 'Agriculture Engineer' having been excelled more than 27 years,
engaged in Marketing & Sales of Micro-Irrigation technology throughout India. Had worked with
leading National Companies, namely Jain Irrigation, EPC (Now Mahindra), Premier Irrigation, Kisan
Irrigation, Parixit Industries, Supreme Industries, Polysil Irrigation etc.
Er.Ajay Saraf has been honored to be the First Registrar of the Very First Agriculture Open-Virtual
University in India, headquartered at Nagpur, namely Arvind Mukta Bhashi Krishi Vidyapeeth. Chief
Patron of the University, Shree Ranjeet Deshmukh, Ex. Agriculture Minister of Maharashtra, a
Veteran Socialists from Vidarbha, has Conceptualized this University with an objective of Developing
Farming Skill, Generating Rural Employment, Developing Innovative & Viable Farming Technologies,
Empowering Women (SHG's), Promoting Community Farming, enabling farmers for reaping good
harvest & become Financially Independent.

Micro-Irrigation Projects Successfully Completed:
Manjra Sugar Factory Latur: Sugar-Cane plantation of 1000 Acres
Waste land with rocky and sandy terrain with weeds and bushes were cleared with dozers, excavators. Wild
Trees were trimmed by mechanical saws, waste green and dry material shredding; it was dumped in the pit
along with cow dung & vermiculture. Soil & Water Samples were drawn for analysis. Deep tillage was carried
out and the entire tilled land was exposed for about 2 months to Sun. Before the onset of monsoon, shallow
tillage along with putting of FYM along the furrows, for cane plantation, was done. Cane sets, provided by
factory, were planted in the laid furrows. Entire furrow were irrigated by the installed irrigation system, before
plantation begins. Prescribed fertigation schedule was followed. Necessary supervision and post project
management was been taken care by dedicated technicians and Agronomists. Simultaneously trainings to the
field personnel of the Sugar company were carried away. After first harvesting of the first crop, site was
handed over to the Karkhana.
Terna Sugar Factory Osmanabad: Sugar-Cane Plantation 1500 Acers Same as above
Kadwa Sugar Factory Nashik: Sugar-Cane 400 Acres
Karkhana plot was available with other Plantations, they wanted to establish demonstration plot for evaluation
of yield in Tones Vs Sugar recovery in % per MT of yield. We had started with tillage operation and followed
the project as explained above. In this project, we had installed portable irrigation system, enabling for its
optimal usage, for other smaller plots, like nurseries, vegetables etc.
Sanjeevani Sugar Factory Ahmednagar: Sugar-Cane 200 Acres
Due to salinity, productivity hampered, to overcome that this demo plot was established. Soil conditioning has
been attained with application of Gypsum, FYM, undertook deep tillage, layout of drainage for draining silt and
runoff, avoidance of water logging. Leguminous crops were grown and buried beneath with the tillers, for
nitrogen fixation. Plantation program and other operations were followed as mentioned above. After getting the
first crop, adjoining farmers had started following the same practice. “Seeing is believing”.
Rahuri Sugar Factory Ahmednagar: Sugar-Cane 1200 Acers As Above—Salinity Issue
Dhnyaneshwar Sugar Factory Ahmednagar: Sugar-Cane 800 Acers
Soil was good, Entire process as mentioned earlier was followed.
Vrudhheshwar Sugar Factory Ahmednagar: Sugar-Cane 500 Acers
Salinity Problem, Factory own plot, established as demo plot along with Nursery for growing better seed
material for cane plantation. Services provided on turnkey, as mentioned above

Rocky and hilly terrain with wild trees, shrubs, weeds.
Clearance with heavy land preparation machineries, like
power tillers, dozers etc., mechanical saws were used for
cutting wild trees. Weeds were destroyed by burning.
Green and dried material were shredded with shredders
and dumped in to the dug pits at the corner of the field
along with cow dung and vermiculture for getting manure
after decomposing After leveling the field, layout of the
plot was drawn and light tillage was carried out. Pits were
dug for plantation and saplings were planted along with
FYM. Designed irrigation system was placed before
plantation begins & after getting soil health and water
analysis report. During layout of the farm, network of
roads, servant quarters, sanitation, hygiene, was very well
taken care. Site was handed over to the company on
execution of the project and after parting necessary
trainings to the supervisors, technicians on trouble
shooting operations, fertigation scheduling.

Tree Cutting---Larger trees were cut by Gasolinedriven chain saws.Beingportable, with 3-4 kg weight, cut the tree in 2
minutes (It can cut the trunk havingdiameter up to 5 ft), Can cut on an average 20-25 trees per person per hr.
Hedge Cutters---Gasoline driven hedge cutters were used for cutting the hedges, weeds.
Shraders----Cut pieces of the trees were further broken in to pieces (dry/green material) and then put in to shredders for
disintegration of the dry and wet material in tiny particles enabling to put for making manure & using for mulching.

Hydraulic Excavator---Wasused for removing rocky patches, hardened soil,pulverisation of the soil strata Excavation up to 1.5 mtr
Land Leveler---Tractor driven levelers were used for leveling the excavated site.
Tractor driven Implements--M.B.Plough, Disc harrow, Spike tooth harrow, cultivators,
Leveling boards were used for field preparation including bed preparation for Nurseries.
Irrigation System----Drip System----Emitters of different discharge ratings, pressure compensating, non pressure compensating, drip
laterals, Integrated tubing (Inline drip line--Pressure and non pressure compensating), PVC,HDPE pipes in diiferent sizes, Air release
valves, Vacuum breaker valves, Control valves, Various filters, Fertigation equipement (Fertiliser tank, ventury, dosing pump), micro-
