“Change Things in My Life, Stress”

  I had to change things

in my life, “stress.”
First thing I change in

my life was the had

toproblems in my

relationship. I and he

had trust and

communication issues.
So we decided to take a

break from each other

to see if things would

get better for us in the

future. That was one of

my stress issues that I
had to change. The

second stress issue I

had was that we weren’t

having any kind of

income coming in the

house which caused alot
of stress between in the

relationship. So, the

next morning I woke up

and went down to the

unemployment office to

begin my
unemployment benefits

until I found a job that

would make ends meet.

By doing so, it had had

relieved a lot of stress

from the both us and we
wouldn’t have lost

everything we had

worked so hard for. For

example, the company I

finance my car through,

will still stop my car
payments for six

months as long as I was

receiving

unemployment benefits.

Another reason why I

did my unemployment
is because I need

money to provide for

my two kids so that I

can make better life for

them, so God had

blessed me with a
source of income to be

able to provide for my

kids and keep the things

I have worked so hard

for. When I started this

semester, I did not have
any type of

transportation to get

myself back and forth

to school or to the

places I need to go,

which made it very
stressful to me. When I

received my refund

check, I had to get a

majority of my money

to get my car back on

the road, so that I didn’t
have to depend on

nobody for a ride. Ever

since I paid the money

to get my car situated, it

has relieved a lot of

stress of my shoulders.
Now I am able to go to

school and do things

that I need to do

without depending on

someone else to take

me where I need to go.
Things are better with

me and my significant

other and I have better

understanding of what

stress can cause in my
life and the people that

are around me.
