Trenton Dierkes works and lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, and has the
unique experience of having traveled to every city in the state. His
hometown is easily his most favorite, thanks to the deep community roots
he has established. Dierkes' two children may not have been born there,
but they've come to love the place as well.

As the first child among three
children, Trento Dierkes
learned the value of working
hard and putting his focus on
the right things early on in life.
His parents worked hard to
provide for the family, and
once he finished high school,
Dierkes joined his father's
home maintenance business.
At a young age, he had
already come to appreciate
the value of making a living
through hard work.

College Life
Trenton Dierkes has lived and
worked in Arkansas for his
entire life. He studied Business
Management at Southern
Arkansas University. Upon
graduating, he found work as
an independent business
consultant in the state and
worked until he joined the food
production company he
currently works at. As a
member of the school’s
student leadership forum,
Dierkes had the opportunity to
visit a host of cities in the
United States.
