• I think the success for a good management lies in the continuity that
is given to each of its phases:
• Planning: describe how we will achieve the goal we have milling.
• Do: Define the functions to be performed.
• Check: To lead all functions being performed as planned.
• Control: Check that the proposal is this taking place.
Management is a dynamic process that tends to basically improve to
meet the economic performance of the company.
