Main Duties and Responsibilities:
 To make and receive calls to and from clients with a portfolio of properties to gain
updates on listing and deals within the company’s database;
 To actively source and add new listings in order to maintain growth of the
organisation’s database;
 To self-manage a portfolio to reduce the volume of out of date information within
agreed timelines and to assess where there are gaps in information held;

Responsible for co-ordinating actions to secure the re-use and repair of vacant and
residential and commercial properties in Perth & Kinross.

 Responsible for undertaking comprehensive and accurate surveys of empty
properties;
 Development and maintenance of database of all long term empty properties in the
region;
 Responsible for liaising with owners in order to offer advice on the grants and
incentives that are available in order to encourage the property to be brought back
into use.

 I helped design and launch the strategy from its infancy.
