This document provides instructions for adding and deleting commands in the Customize Quick Access Toolbar in Microsoft Office using two different methods - a short method and a long method. The short method allows users to directly click and check/uncheck commands. The long method requires right clicking the ribbon, opening the customize menu, and adding or removing commands from the scroll bar. Both methods follow similar steps but the long method has an additional initial step of right clicking the ribbon.
