This document provides instructions for customizing the Quick Access Toolbar in Microsoft Office in two different methods - a short method and a long method. The short method allows adding or removing commands by checking or unchecking them directly. The long method requires right clicking the ribbon, selecting Customize Quick Access Toolbar, then adding or removing commands from the scroll bar and clicking ok.

Access Toolbar in a Short Method:
1. Click the Customize Access Toolbar in a short method:
2. Click and check commands wanted to add in
CQA Toolbar.
Result: The desired command/s to post will
be added.
 To delete commands in Customize Quick
Access Toolbar in Short Method:
1. Click the Customize Access Toolbar in a short method:
2. Click and uncheck a command or commands wanted
to delete/ remove from the CQA Toolbar.
Result: The desired command/s delete will
be removed.

1. Right-click the ribbon.
2. Click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar.
3. Click any of the common commands to
add them to the scroll bar. Then, click ok.
To delete commands in Customize Quick
