Robots have several advantages over human labor for businesses: they do not require wages, can work longer hours, and raise productivity and quality. This is because robots replace human labor for specific tasks. While employing robots benefits businesses and consumers through lower costs and higher quality products, it risks displacing human workers from those roles and requires significant capital investment due to the cost of robot technology. Developing countries also face obstacles due to having less advanced technology than more developed economies.

Advantages of employing robots as employers:
Save labor

Raise productivity & quality of products
Create save and healthy products for the consumers
What is meant by “Robots can save labor” is that robots can replace human labor for a specific
work. Robots require no wages like human do, and robots can work as long as the owners want
to, not like human labor that can only work up to 8 hours a day. So, owners of business may
prefer employing robots to human labor.
Because of the benefits of employing robots, owners of business prefer robots to human labor.
They then replace human labor with robots to create high quality or quantity of products. But
the human labor that has less skills in using robots will either be fired, or moved to another
sector of production. On the other side, consumers of products will be given big advantages as
the product they demand will be cheaper and higher quality.
But there are obstacles in employing robots for our economy, they are:
High amount of capital is needed to employ robots, because robot technology is costly
Human resources to run the robots are limited
Technology in our country is not as advanced as the more economically developed
countries.
