- 19. Audiology Services In 2001MHAS Project promised good quality digital Hearing aids for all who need them. MHAS underestimated the uptake from new and existing users. AFD Audiology service has been providing adult audiology for over 6 years in the West Sussex area.
- 20. Audiology Services All referralsare from any GPs in our catchment area. Patients must be 50 and over and have to satisfy set criteria which the GP qualifies. Referrals can be received by letter, fax, or ‘Choose and Book’.

- 27. Audiology Services GHABP The GlasgowHearing Aid Benefit Profile is a focused questionnaire which gives a set score based on listening situations and disability. At follow up patients then are given the same situation but using the hearing aid enabling the benefit to be calculated.
