 Setup a Semester*
 Change the ID Mask to school ID format
 Enter the Students*
 Enter Instructors*
 Enter Tutors*
 Enter the Subject Areas*
 Create Centers & Classrooms*
 Assign the Tutors’ schedules*
*These can be added via import normally

3. Setup a Semester
 Click Term > Create New
 Set Term name
 Set Start date
 Set End date
Be sure to
Save Changes”

4. Change the ID Mask to school ID
 Control Panel >
User Accounts
 Change format used
on your IDs
L=letters
9=numbers
Can use – symbol
to format ID mask

5. Enter the Students
 User Accounts > Students > Create New

7. Enter the Tutors
 User Accounts > Tutors > Create New

8. Enter the Subject Areas
 Subject Areas > Create New

 Centers & classrooms > Create New
 Add subject areas and services

 Choose a tutor, enter term mode, and select times.
