                         PROGRAMME AND COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE

                                              GROUP III

General Objectives:

     To conduct meeting with regards to the clustered problems;
     To develop effective planning response towards the clustered problems in the community.


Specific Objectives:

     To explain the list of clustered problem being identified from the community assembly.
     To show the delegation of task, assigned to each member of the team.
     To give details about different duties of each committees.
     To point up the clustered problems raised by the community people.
     To discuss the clustered problems to the core group members.
     To allow the core group member to decide their committees that will fit on their ability.
     To inform the head of the committee that there will be a corresponding team in their
      committee.
     To plan the specific solutions for the implementation.
     To raised suggestions and recommendations regarding to newly formed committee.

PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED
      The group was not able to follow the time frame given in the plan of activities.
      The core group does not oriented that they have their clustered committees that is why they are
      confused on what is going to happened in the meeting.

Solution:

        The group adjusted the time frame; we cancelled the continuation of personal hygiene and
        started to have clustering of the data and prioritization of the problems raised by the
        community members.
        After, dividing each member of the core group we oriented them on what is the purpose of the
        meeting.
ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Performed the delegated tasks such as:

  Dividing of my group mates in their special fields.
  Clustering of the identified problems raised by the community people.
  Prioritizing the identified problems and making it to community nursing diagnosis.
  Separating the core group member per committees for the suggestions and
   recommendations.
  Accomplishing the core group meeting successfully.
  Accomplishing the programs we will implement next week.
