Each student was paired with a German student partner and stayed with their host family for two weeks. The host families took good care of the students by providing food and handling local travel, and the parents made the students feel welcome in their homes. The families lived in independent houses with gardens where the students could enjoy their free time, and each student was given their own room. Many of the families also had pets that the students warmed up to during their stays.

2. Partners
• Each and every one of us were
paired with an appropriate
German student with whom we
stayed for fourteen days.

4. Host family
Our stay and food was taken at most care by
the host family. They also took care of our
local travel needs. The parents of our partners
showered us with their concern and gave us
the feeling of being at our own place.

7. Host house
All of them live in an independent house with
wonderful garden full of different types of
plants and trees. As it was summer during our
visit, we spent the free time in garden
enjoying the sun. We were all given a separate
room to stay in.

9. Pets
• Every family had pets with them. Before going
we were scared of the pets but as time went
we got used to them. They didn’t trouble us in
anyway.
