Accenture is a global management consulting and technology services company registered in Bermuda. It was founded in 1989 as the consulting division of Arthur Andersen, splitting off in 2000. Accenture employs over 186,000 people globally and provides services including management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing. It has faced some criticism for moving jobs overseas and losing sensitive client data, but remains one of the largest consulting firms in the world.
