3. Our experience goes back to 1981 when we started with one product. We are now a full-
line manufacturer of products for the kitchen and bath.
We pride ourselves in manufacturing quality products that go into your home or
commercial project through builders, remodelers, plumbers, cabinetmakers, and the do-
it-yourself person.
At our Brookfield Plant, PRO-CAST manufactures Cast Polymer products ranging from
kitchen countertops to elegant whirlpools, soaking tubs, tub surrounds, vanity tops with
integral bowls, windowsills, standard shower bases, or bases that can be customized to
meet your specifications or ADA specifications, shower walls, soap/shampoo holders,
gas fireplace hearths, mantels and mantel shelves, and accessories.

4.  Cast Polymer products are man-made, chemically-bonded, mineral-filled,
polymeric materials which are molded in a variety of surfaces and shapes that
meet diverse design needs for home or commercial applications.
 Polymer casting processes a durable product which takes on the look and feel of
the natural product. Products meet nationally-recognized standards to resist
mildew, stains, chemicals and everyday wear and tear. The manufacturing process
permits a range of uses almost impossible to achieve with quarried stone. Cast
Polymer is stronger and less brittle than quarried marble; it’s more durable than
porcelain.
 Today’s Cast Polymer products offer improved construction, top-grade raw
materials, and superior quality control standards. Our supplier uses the best raw
materials to meet the standards for Cast Polymer (ANSI 124.3). The result permits
total kitchen and bath concepts with products that last longer and look better – yet
still allow freedom of color and design at an affordable price.

5. All materials below are available in both gloss and matte finishes creating a beautiful and
unique product. An extensive color selection is available in each of these materials.
Matterhorn Marble: A pigmented material base product that is marbleized with a
contrasting color (or colors) running through the material. A wide range of colors is
available. As the name implies, the product looks like genuine marble. Generally used for
the bathroom products.
Spectrum Solid Color: A material that utilizes a solid color in lieu of a marbled or granite
appearance. Generally used for the bathroom products.
Stonecast Solid Surface: Stonecast is a product that is becoming our most popular
material for both kitchen and bath. The manufacturing process allows for almost
unlimited design capabilities. Stonecast is extremely durable and highly resistant to
stains, bacteria, fungi, and corrosion, making it an excellent product for kitchen
countertops. It generally comes with a granite effect in various spec sizes. This superior
product can also be used for custom and standard vanity tops, standard, custom and
ADA shower bases and walls, tubs and tub surrounds, and table tops, along with many
other applications. Stonecast Solid Surface is comparable to HI-MACS, Corian and other
material brands.

6. For Matterhorn Marble and Spectrum Solid Color
Products like Lysol Tub & Tile Cleaner , Dow Foaming Bubbles and CLR Cleaner can be used
to remove mineral deposits and soap scum. If the stain is from hard water or mineral deposits,
try using a cleaner for removing iron, calcium, or other such mineral deposits that are in your
water supply. Most cleaning chemicals will not damage the surface as long as label
instructions are followed. Gel-Gloss can be used on a gloss surface for cleaning and keeping a
shine on the product. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, scouring pads, scrapers, or
sandpaper on any part of the surface.
For Stonecast Solid Surface
Regular cleaning is easy using a non-abrasive cleaner (i.e. Lysol Tub & Tile Cleaner, Dow
Foaming Bubbles, and CLR Cleaner) and a damp cloth or sponge. Prompt clean-up of spills
will minimize even stubborn stains such as food dye, tea, fruit drinks, and juices. Superficial
scuffs and scratches can be removed using a light grit Scotch Brite pad on areas with a matte
finish. The pad does not have to be wet. Rub lightly and flat on the marred area.
NEVER set hot items such as pans, curling irons, cigarettes, directly on a solid surface.
DO NOT use your countertop as a cutting board.
If you have doubts about removing stains or scratches, please call us. NOTE: Deep
scratches or chips should always be repaired professionally.

7. PRO-CAST, INC. will repair or replace, at their discretion, product that is defective by reason
of faulty manufacturing, provided said defect is made known to PRO-CAST in writing. For
lavatory tops, this is three (3) years. An added five (5) year prorated warranty applies on all
lavatory tops. For all other products, the warranty is two (2) years with an additional three (3)
years on a prorated basis. Stonecast Solid Surface carries a warranty of five (5) years with an
added five (5) year prorated warranty. The additional prorated years are based on the price list
that is in effect at the date of the claim. The warranty date starts from the invoice date of PRO-
CAST to its customer.
PRO-CAST is not responsible for any labor or installation cost of any kind. Any product
installed by PRO-CAST is warranted for one year from the date of installation. The date shall
start from the date invoiced to the PRO-CAST customer.
Injuries or any other loss or damages, including those incurred during installation, repair, or
replacement as well as incidental or consequential damages are excluded. The warranty
applies to residential use and is void if the product is damaged in transit, or if the damage or
failure is caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, faulty installation, or if the water temperature
exceeds 120 F° and the cavity of the product is not maintained at room temperature – example
70 F°.
