I recently moved to Big Bear after ending a high profile Senior Management position
with Bloomingdale’s (Macy’s Inc.). After almost 19 years, I sought a change in my
life and a world away from traffic commutes and the toils of urban life. My family
has owned a home in Big Bear Lake since 1992, and I have spent countless weeks
and weekends living here in the past. I decided to make the change permanent.
But I digress. I’m an operations and human resources manager who is about people
and passion. I love to teach and develop my team with a hands-on methodology
