 Periodically conduct verification of stocks with proper recording and systems of issue and receipts and
Search material according to the stock no.
 Order new stock as per the requirements, check it is in good condition and accurately invoice it
 Ensure safe storage of materials on the racks, pallets and almirah with proper segregation /coding and
convenience of movement and retrieval.
 Spearheading efforts across monitoring and handling overall operation of stores like Issue/Receiving of
material, Store Management, Receipt of Goods, ensuring Storage requirement, supervising shift & store
operation. Load and unload articles, using a forklift, hand truck, and other materials handling equipment
 Preparing purchase requisition, item code, vendor code and making payments to vendors
