The STaR Chart is a data analysis tool created by the Texas Education Agency to help schools track their progress in achieving the technology goals outlined in the state's Long Range Plan. It measures schools' performance across four key areas: teaching and learning, educator preparation and development, leadership and administrative support, and infrastructure for technology. The STaR Chart is designed to assist teachers, campuses, and districts in self-assessing where they stand and identifying ways to strengthen their technology resources, instruction, and infrastructure.
