TECHNOLOGIES IN THE
CLASSROOM
IMPACT OF THE PROPOSAL
Academical impact because it will be an additional
tool on the students learning process, since
technology nowadays is what moves the world.
Access to a constantly evolving array of
technological tools and activities that can demand
problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork and
innovation that will help them in a near future at their
working field.
Students using technology can become creators and
critics instead of just consumers, furthermore this is
what the Call Center industry needs.
Technology is dominated by two
types of people: those who
understand what they do not
manage, and those who manage
what they do not understand.
