This document is a thesis project on negotiation written by Jorge Moreno Hernández for his degree in economics. The project contains several parts that discuss key aspects of negotiation such as definitions, origins, types of negotiations, and the negotiation process. It also examines negotiation techniques, non-verbal communication, international deals, negotiation in teams, and common errors. Additionally, the project describes an experiment conducted at the University of Almería to analyze gender differences in negotiation skills among students in their first, second, and third years of study. The overall aim is to provide information on how to effectively negotiate in different situations and analyze how people's negotiation behaviors change over time in university.
