applications of AI include
Machine Learning (ML), which
are algorithms that allow
computers to learn and make
decisions based on data.
• Deep Learning (DL) is a more
advanced subset of ML that uses
deep neural networks to model
and understand complex patterns
in datasets.
• Among the new DL models are
GPT (Generative Pretrained
Transformers), such as ChatGPT.
• AI techniques have been applied
in various fields, from "Computer
Vision" to "Natural Language
Processing", achieving
remarkable results.

Conclusions 19 • AI is and will continue to be used: – to enhance travel personalization, – tailored recommendations, – customer service through chatbots, – increasingly targeted and engaging marketing, and – to optimize business operations through intelligent automation, • resulting in an enriched tourist experience. • Furthermore, AI can predict tourism demand, allowing businesses to optimize resources, including a sustainability perspective.
