This document discusses religious leaders claiming God reveals who will become president and discusses whether God actually intervenes in political affairs. It presents biblical passages like Daniel and Deuteronomy that suggest prophets should be tested if their revelations do not come to pass. The document also discusses whether God concerns himself with worldly systems and kingdoms or will intervene based on conditions like people humbling themselves and seeking God.

I. Did God really spoke to these
people?
For now, none of these religious groups have yet raised
a particular hand and told its millions of followers
that “This is the man that God told me that will
become the next President.”
Negotiations and bargaining maybe are still being
discussed? Now it makes me remember the
preacher Wilde Almeda saying that God told him
that Joe De Venecia is going to be the president
during the 1998 elections betting to be shot dead
if his bet will not win. But Estrada won. Velarde’s
God was the more precise fortune-teller.
And now after almost 12 years, Almeda is still
preaching. (pinoysoundingboard.com)

if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is
the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but
the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou
shalt not be afraid of him.
