- 6. Desire2Learn Update Desire2Learn isa software as service cloud based learning management system utilized by 30/31 institutions. Provides such functionality as content management, discussion boards, assessment, file upload, course design, and other services to support student learning.

- 10. DegreeWorks • The TCSGand USG are pleased to announce the release of DegreeWorks! DegreeWorks is a web-based tool to help students and advisors monitor a student's progress toward degree completion. • DegreeWorks combines the university’s degree requirements and the coursework completed into an easy-to-read worksheet that helps see how courses completed count toward degree requirements, and that helps to see what courses and requirements still need to be completed. This system is designed to aid and facilitate academic advising.

GATRACS The Georgia TransferArticulation Cooperative Services (GATRACS) portal is a fully digital, single- source of information for students who want to transfer courses between Georgia’s institutions. Students can access the portal by logging in to the well-known GACollege411 web site, and research credit transfer opportunities at 60 institutions in the USG and the TCSG. Soon we will add 16 more institutions from the Georgia Independent College Association (GICA).
- 12. GALILEO • Raising thestate of education across the state one student at a time through an enhanced user interface (think Google on steroids). • Efforts are underway to examine a potential enhancement to support open resources, transformational educational pedagogies, and lifelong learning.
- 14. INGRESS • Intra-Georgia RegistrationSharing System (INGRESS) was developed by ITS as an alternative solution to meet the needs of USG institutions. It is a middle-ware application integrated with the Ellucian Banner Student Information System (SIS) and Desire2Learn (D2L) LMS to process cross- institutional registrations and to automate the creation of online and blended course shells on the LMS. The primary goal of INGRESS is to deliver a scalable solution that accommodates decentralized registrations among multiple institutions, while supporting a centralized seat- management process.
