Since 2000, John Waitkunas has served STV|DPM as a project executive in charge of the
construction management firm's health care, industrial, biotech, and corporate segments. Beyond
his daily activities in construction and facilities management, John Waitkunas stays active in
industry organizations such as the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
