Bob has 15 years of experience in the life sciences sector, including founding his own legal consulting firm and serving as General Counsel for two biotech companies. He holds a B.A. from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia. Bob is now ready to help clients build their legal teams through Levin & Company's recruitment services.

Robert S. Michitarian, Esq., has 15 years of experience in building and managing legal teams in the life sciences
sector. Prior to joining Levin & Company, Bob founded Tyr Legal, specializing in strategic business and legal advice
for biotech companies. Previously, he was Vice President and General Counsel of CoTherix, Inc., a specialty
pharmaceutical company that he joined upon its IPO. Bob helped CoTherix launch its first approved product and
secure rights to additional products. Bob also served as Associate General Counsel of Affymetrix, Inc., a microarray
and bioinformatics company, building its diagnostics business. Prior to Affymetrix, he was Vice President,
General Counsel and Secretary, and a member of the IPO team, at Blaze Software, Inc. and its successor Brokat
Technologies Inc., an e-commerce software company. Earlier, Bob was Corporate Counsel at Genentech, Inc. and an
attorney with the law firm of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Michitarian holds a B.A. from Stanford University and a J.D.
from the University of Virginia, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He has extensive experience in the U.S.,
Europe and Japan. Now, Bob has joined forces with Levin & Company and is ready to help you build your company.
