Clearstar created a new name, Clearstar Financial Credit Union, along with the tagline "Banking Made Perfectly Clear." They launched a multi-channel brand reveal campaign including billboards, direct mail, web advertising, and branch design updates. 2. CHALLENGE SOLUTION
We started first by creating a standout, memorable name, Clearstar– a name

that conveys the vision and goals of the credit union. We then coupled it with a
