Enabling Managers To Coach with Data [Webinar Slides]Frederik Hermann
Join us as we share how to enable front line managers to coach with performance and correlation data. The team at RingCentral rolled out a number of programs to improve the quality and effectiveness of coaching in a remote environment with prescriptive sales performance data. Our guests Sarah Fricke (Director Sales Enablement) and Caitlin Lambert (Enablement Analyst) from RingCentral are the ones spearheading these initiatives and will a share a hands-on playbook and templates to boost sales performance with data-driven enablement.
Here are some key takeaways you can expect from this conversation:
1. What it means to coach in a remote environment
2. How to align to sales leader goals
3. Equipping managers with the right metrics to coach to
4. A dashboard template with the metrics and KPIs that matter most
5. And how to bring this all together to implement with systems and processes

Have you ever wondered how much value you add as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master? Would your organisation get more value from a different approach? Does following other Organisations and Scaling Frameworks lead to long-term success?
During this session, I will explain how I helped IAG Loyalty explore what agile meant for them, leading to experiments such as no Agile Coaches, outcome-based thinking, flight levels and a unique flavour of agile that took over a year to define.
The journey might sound easy in one paragraph, but it was far from it. I will share the highs and lows of working with an airline during a pandemic and the trials and tribulations of having no set framework to follow.

Training continues as BOC folks come with us to the control rooms to see what goes on. Creative scheduling
continues to address scheduling concerns, and I try to put people into other positions so that they can learn new
things. I have also become a sounding board for concerns within the group.
Manager Comments:
Jill shows respect for other's ideas and their input in problem solving. She has an open mind towards new and
innovative ideas. She is very open to providing solutions and support to our entire LEG team. Jill has a terrific
attitude and always brings this attitude to work. Her positive attitude along with her personality brings the team
together as well as the Integration Room she is assigned to during tive events.
Jill's involvement with the Team scheduling has put her in a position where requests are made by the staff to her
and she always maintains her positive attitude during difficult situations. With her involvement in the scheduling,
she has a very strong understanding of what is required of the LEG team during all possible scenarios. She has
taken the initiative of assigning new tasks to the LEG members to allow them to experience all of the different live
broadcasts on the Turner Networks.

Employee Comments:
I continue to put together schedules which have become more complex with the addition of Fox/SportSouth events.
Problems are addressed to other departments but little response is garnered, especially on Velocity issues. It will
just take more tries.
Many calls have been made to sports sales, billboard folks and engineering to fix problems while in an event.
Engineering has been especially helpful with Velocity issues...many different people are able to help with problems
within minutes.

Jill works in harmony with the Live Event Supervisor tracking the appropriate documentation needed for the Live
Event Reports. She provides the Dir of Live Events with a recap which is clear and concise for each event assigned
live event via voice mail. As Jill also schedules the team for the live events, she sustains a great attitude when
trying to satisfy everyone's requests while maintaining the needs of the business.
For Jill to continue to grow in this area, I will work with her in soliciting support from the other members of the team
to double check that all the events are covered. I will also work with her to learn SchedulAII that will allow us to
enter this information once and provide the necessary reporting to Sr Mgmg

Employee Comments:
I work at NBA TV two days a week and work overtime at least once every other week during NBA season.
I've learned previewing and also turning around of International's live games, as well as pick up Morpheus bits here
and there while on the Intl. board. It's been rather interesting.
Manager Comments:
Jill is always eager to help in any way possible. She is very flexible and understanding of the many changes to her
schedule as well as revisions made to the schedule. She has trained other members of the LEG staff in ADing as well
as operating Velocity.
Jill has been supporting NBATV BOC over the last few months and has learned this position well. As she gains
experience in this position she will be able to better support the operations when her schedule allow. I appreciate
her taking the initiative and scheduling herself in this role.

knowledgeable.
Overall Manager Comments:
Jilt has a great understanding of her role and contribution to the success of our department. She places a great deal
of pressure on herself and at times seems to feel that this diminishes anyone else's confidence in her ability. Her
work on the inner schedule of the department comes without accolades but she continues to meet the expectations
placed upon her, Jill took the initiative to learn the nbatv boc operations so that she can continue to support the bocs
when her schedule allows. She is an energetic and committed member of our team.
I look forward to working with Jill in the upcoming year and being a key ingredient to our continued success.

Development Plan - Manager:
Jill brings a great attitude and work ethic to our department. She is always eager to take on additional
responsibilities. Jill has a terrific relationship with the entire LEG team and our clients and partners.
She continues to hone her skills within the BOCs working in WTBS BOC and NBATV BOC. For the upcoming year, I
would like Jill to partner with Dennis to work on her skills to be able to support the TNT BOC and TBS BOCs.
For Jill's continued growth in the LEG Scheduling, I will work with her in soliciting support from the other members of
the team to double check all the events are covered. I will also work with her to learn SchedulAII that will allow us to
enter this information once and provide the necessary reporting to Sr Mgmt.
For the upcoming year, I would like Jill to better understand the big picture of our participation in the success of both
Live Events and operations of the BOCs. That open discussion does not necessarily question the confidence I have in
her but more to question our practices and policies.

inside the control room and out.
Jill is fully knowledgeable of our graphics setup, both operationally and from the
software/hardware side. She takes the initiative to work with engineers, artists,
software vendors to solve problems on her own. I rely on Jill to look out for
others in the EGO department, letting me know when a problem (or potential
problem) has arisen. It is a great relief to have Jill here on the weekends where
we often find our busiest time. I do not worry about the graphics load when Jill
is involved; she has the maturity, experience and total Infinit knowledge to make
the best of any bad situation.
As we move forward in our graphic technology that will include new scoreboards,
moving boxes and greater computer interface, I will rely more and more on Jill's
help. As the senior operator in the EGO department, Jill's guidance is necessary
if we are to achieve a successful new graphic look. I want and need to give Jill
full support in the next year as we work together to move to the next graphic
level.
Overall, Jill's work at CNN/SI cannot be understated. I hope that Jill continues to
find the satisfaction necessary to keep up the most excellent job performance.quot;
