Dear Sergio:
Great! We’re in contact now. Let me tell you that many things are different now. In this new city
you can do many things. Let me tell you!
As you know I love computers. There are many computers at my new school and I have a laptop
that I carry everywhere. For example, I can write e-mails and I can play games on line . Can you
use a computer now? Which is your favorite activity in vacations?
What other things can I do? Well, I’m in the swimming team at school and I can swim 100 metres.
Do you remember I could ski there? Well in this city, I can’t ski because here there’s no snow! but
I can ride my bike everyday in a park.
I learnt to play the guitar, so next time we meet, we can play a song together. I remember you can
cook, well I confess I can’t cook , It’s too difficult!
My last summer vacations were amazing! I discovered many things I could do. I went skydiving. A
friend told me about a place where you could do it and I and my best friend decided to try. We
had to arrive several hours before the jump so we could ask for some advices and they could give
us instructions how to jump. They gave us the skysuits. I was scared but I COULD DO IT! It was
great! I can’t do it now because I’m studying and I don’t have time.
What about you? What can you do now that you couldn’t two years ago? Let me know…

Andres
