This document discusses negative reviews from people who have not used the product they are reviewing. It states that around 30% of negative word-of-mouth comes from non-users. This is problematic for both marketers trying to promote their products and consumers trying to find quality recommendations. Reviews from people who have not personally used a product do not provide helpful information and distort word-of-mouth, which ideally should come only from those with direct experience using a product.

Do you want to add “Storytelling that connects directly with your audience?” just wondering if you need to share why storytelling with this instead of others.
