EBT Connect Basic Certification is a training program for merchants to learn how to properly accept payments from Electronic Benefit Transfer cards. The training covers checking customers in at the register, understanding the EBT payment process, and ensuring transactions are completed correctly. Upon completion, merchants will be certified to accept EBT cards for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Women, Infants, and Children benefits at their stores.
