This document discusses circular and oval access doors for air duct systems. It describes two standard versions of access doors: 1) Rectangular/oval doors with PVC-foam seals and polyamide locking levers that are air tight and heat resistant from -40°C to +70°C. 2) Oval access doors for rectangular and oval ducts with polyethylene seals and polyamide locking levers that are air tight up to 5,000 Pa of pressure and heat resistant from -70°C to +70°C. Installation instructions are provided for properly inserting and securing the doors.

6.1.1 MEZ-REVISION RD
- Standard version with PVC-foam seal
and polyamide locking levers

Workmanship + Assembling:
- Installation dimensions: Incision +50 mm
- Stick self-adhesive stencil onto the duct wall.
- Make incision in the wall as per the stencil.
- Unscrew locking lever and insert slightly tilted lid into the opening.
Once inside, straighten the lid so that it now holds an erect position
- Pull lightly and tighten the locking levers.

6.1.2 ACCESS DOOR RD Standard
- Standard version with polyethylene sealant and polyamide locking levers
- Access doors installed as per requirements are air tight against a maximum
air-pressure of 5.000 Pa
- Heat resistant -70°C till +70°C
- Resistant against oil and fat
