normal while you study new things
Our brain don’t like new things and put you in tough conditions in
order to force you to stop. Don’t let him do it.
#2 Do something you have been postponing
for a long time.
You’ll feel yourself proud and your self-approval will be increased
#3 Do something you are good at
Achieving good result positively influence on your self-approval.
#4 Relax considerably but healthy
You need rest physically and mentally. Your body forms new muscles
and your brain methodizes new information during sleep.
#5 Recall your achievements
We usually remember spectacular events only. Mostly negative ones. In
addition, we don’t pay a lot of attention to tiny achievements.
Record your WINS and wins. Recall them when you need energy.
#6 Form habits from the mentioned actions
Habits don’t use energy to fulfill. Form right habits.
