dreaming of the time when we could
have a vacation. Now when you have a
break, the world is rushing you to do all the
challenges. It’s okay to not do anything, it’s
okay to just sleep, it’s okay to sit in your own
silence, it’s okay to listen to the birds sing

Find joy in the little things that we miss
appreciating in our everyday life.When the
first sip of coffee hits you in the morning,
when you don’t have to set an alarm to wake
up the next day, when you sit through an
entire movie with family without having to
rush for an office call, when you can go back
to reading all the books you never read.

Now is the time when you can totally switch
off. Put your phone on flight mode without
having to feel anxious about missing an
important call, sign out from that social
media app without having think that you
are missing out. Switch off the TV channels
for a while and reduce the negative vibes.

is in a hurry so this is the best time to take
that much needed digital detox that you
always wanted to.

and write down 3 things that you are
grateful for.The things you have in your
life, the people who make your life better,
or your lifestyle that helps you be safe.
Whatever it is just write down 3 things.And,
whenever you are dull go back and read
them. It will definitely make your day better.
