This document provides 5 things one can do while in quarantine: 1) Relax and not feel rushed to do challenges; 2) Find joy in little things like coffee and reading; 3) Do a digital detox by putting your phone on flight mode and reducing screen time; 4) Practice gratitude by writing down 3 things you are grateful for each day; 5) Seize the opportunity to learn new skills or complete projects you've been putting off.
