direct-reading spectrometer , metallographic image automatic analysis
instrument, automatic impact testing machine, magnetic detector,
fatigue testing machine .

 A track spike is roughly chisel-
shaped with a flat edged point;
 The spike is driven with the edge
perpendicular to the grain, which
will provide greater resistance
from loosening;
 The main function is to keep the

Main Functions:
 Can be devided in two types, cast-in shoulder and weld-on shoulder;
 The weld on shoulder is designed for use with E style elastic rail clips;
 The rail cast iron shoulders can also be welded on to longer length
steel sleeper sections or bearers. The railway shoulder’s ability to be
welded in the specific position as dictated by the layout design makes
it particularly useful and cost effective in this role.

underside of the rail baseplate. It can be devided in two types, cast-in

top from wearing and impacting, and
also to reduce shock and vibration in a
