Communication (from Latin commūnicāre, meaning "to share"[1]) is the act of conveying intended meanings from one entity or group to another through the use of mutually understood signs and semiotic rules. (From: WIKIPEDIA).
But, be honest, it is boring to discuss what communication is. I try to share what most people don't know HOW TO COMMUNICATE. Or how build interesting communications.

From 1965 to 2012, the “topple rate,” at which they lose their leadership positions, increased by almost 40 percent1 as digital technology ramped up competition, disrupted industries, and forced businesses to clarify their strategies, develop new capabilities, and transform their cultures. Yet the opportunity is also plain. McKinsey research shows that companies have lofty ambitions: they expect digital initiatives to deliver annual growth and cost efficiencies of 5 to 10 percent or more in the next three to five years.

MBA Campagin ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk menambah konten diinternet, tapi juga untuk meningkatkan kecintaan anak muda Bengkulu akan nilai sejarah juga keunikan provinsi Bengkulu sendiri.
Telkomsel Branch Bengkulu selaku operator selular yang paling banyak dipakai di Provinsi Bengkulu mengajak anak-anak muda untuk berpartisipasi mengisi konten tentang Bengkulu. Berkaitan dengan konten banyak sekali yang bisa dituliskan di awan internet. Misalnya Pantai Panjang, Benteng Marlborough, Bunga Rafflessia, Bunga Bangkai, dan lain sebagainya.

SONS OF A BEACH (Pantai Panjang Bengkulu) is photos about pantai panjang in Province Bengkulu. Why it is called "pantai panjang" because it is long across the beach. "Panjang" ussually written in term of "Long".
Bengkulu allready have a landmark, see the whole pictures to understand how beautiful Pantai Panjang is, and we are using drone.
We are using DRONE DJI Phantom3, we would like to see from up there how it feel selfie from up in the air? Also we are painting the sky. With Telkomsel #MBACampaign or "Menulis Bengkulu di Awan" we are trying to help government to writing bengkulu at the cloud. Menulis bengkulu di Internet.

Coca Cola In China - Think Local and Act Local!
Initially, the Chinese market was highly fragmented, and the wholesale and distribuHonal systems were outdated. This was further complicated because Coca- Cola was the de facto wholesaler of concentrate, and did not have access to the operaHon of the boVling plants. To add to this problem, the company’s local market agents were fully responsible for producHon and distribuHon during the iniHal stages of market entry.

Coca-Cola’s local partners played a passive role in the company’s market entry. Market agents acted out of self-interest and were opportunisHc in running the boVling business. They had neither a strong incenHve to acquire market share nor a long-term development strategy.

The Chinese government exerted Hght control over the development of the so[ drink industry and was careful to nurture domesHc brands. Coca-Cola was not permiVed to enter into a JV boVling business with its local partners unHl 1985, and even then it was restricted to a minority stake.

The local partners were too poor to finance further business expansion. As they were parHally owned by local governments or various ministries, the major investment decisions that were made by the JV partners had to gain official approval. These experiences explain why Coca-Cola’s market share increased but slightly before the early 1990s.

Dalam buku ini Charles Duhigg ingin menyampaikan sebuah klausa bahwa kadang apa yang kita lakukan bukanlah keputusan kita secara sadar, atau dengan kata lain kita melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari tidak jarang di luar alam kesadaran kita.
Misal apa yang kita lakukan sesaat setelah mata kita terbuka? Mengecek notifikasi dihandphone? Langsung minum air putih? Mencium pasangan kita? Atau justru berdoa dan lekas berbenah diri? Nah itu yang kita sebut KEBIASAAN/HABIT.

Review Buku: Buku Besar Peminum Kopi
Buku Besar Peminum Kopi adalah buku tulisan Andrea Hirata yang menceritakan tentang 2 hal, yaitu "Peminum Kopi" dan "Pemain Catur".
Singkatnya buku ini menjawab kegalauan saya selama ini. Kenapa seperti itu? Karena ini ngejawab siapa itu Maryamah Karpov.
Iya, dulu waktu baca tetralogi laskar pelangi, judul yang terakhir adalah Maryamah Karpov. Dan yang buat bingung judul bukunya sama isinya ndak nyambung. Ndak ada sedikitpun diceritakan Andrea Hirata tentang Maryamah Karpov dibuku yang judulnya Maryamah Karpov itu.
Dan peranyaan yang berpuluh tahun itu akhirnya kejawab di Buku Besar Peminum Kopi. Saya jadi faham ternyata Maryamah Karpov itu adalah "Nong Maryamah" yang hendak mengalahkan "Muhatahrom" mantan suaminya yang juara catur 17an.

Organizational ambidexterity refers to an organization's ability to be efficient in its management of today's business and also adaptable for coping with tomorrow's changing demand.
WHAT WE CAN LEARN FROM HEWLETT PACKARD, JOHNSON & JOHNSON, AND ASEA BROWN BOVERI?
What we can learn from those company is the the key of “Organizational Architecture”. How those companies can surpass "the structural inertia" and "the cultural inertia" is the great things. They have common straits to be called as Ambidextrous Company, which is: remain small by emphasizing autonomous group.

Pantai Panjang merupakan pantai yang berada di Provinsi Bengkulu. Letaknya sekitar 4 km dari pusat kota.
Pantai ini memiliki garis pantai yang mencapai 7 km dan lebar pantai sekitar 500 meter. Pantai Panjang terletak di Kecamatan Ratu Agung, Kecamatan Teluk Segara, & Kecamatan Ratu Samban.
Pantai Panjang terletak sejajar dengan Pantai Tapak Paderi dan Pantai Zakat.

Pantai Panjang sering dimanfaatkan oleh wisatawan dan masyarakat sekitar. Di sana terdapat Sport Center sehingga masyarakat dapat melakukan kegiatan olahraga seperti voly pantai, berjalan, dan berselancar. Di pagi dan sore hari biasanya pantai akan dipenuhi oleh masyarakat yang melakukan jogging di pinggir pantai. Ombak di Pantai Panjang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh para pengunjung untuk berselancar. Pantai Panjang yang ada di Bengkulu ini mempunyai banyak fasilitas diantaranya terdapat restoran, cafe, penginapan, area bermain, pusat perbelanjaan, hingga fasilitas untuk olahraga.

Dalam buku ini Charles Duhigg ingin menyampaikan sebuah klausa bahwa kadang apa yang kita lakukan bukanlah keputusan kita secara sadar, atau dengan kata lain kita melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari tidak jarang di luar alam kesadaran kita.

Review Buku: Buku Besar Peminum Kopi
Buku Besar Peminum Kopi adalah buku tulisan Andrea Hirata yang menceritakan tentang 2 hal, yaitu "Peminum Kopi" dan "Pemain Catur".
Singkatnya buku ini menjawab kegalauan saya selama ini. Kenapa seperti itu? Karena ini ngejawab siapa itu Maryamah Karpov.
Iya, dulu waktu baca tetralogi laskar pelangi, judul yang terakhir adalah Maryamah Karpov. Dan yang buat bingung judul bukunya sama isinya ndak nyambung. Ndak ada sedikitpun diceritakan Andrea Hirata tentang Maryamah Karpov dibuku yang judulnya Maryamah Karpov itu.
Dan peranyaan yang berpuluh tahun itu akhirnya kejawab di Buku Besar Peminum Kopi. Saya jadi faham ternyata Maryamah Karpov itu adalah "Nong Maryamah" yang hendak mengalahkan "Muhatahrom" mantan suaminya yang juara catur 17an.

Organizational ambidexterity refers to an organization's ability to be efficient in its management of today's business and also adaptable for coping with tomorrow's changing demand.
WHAT WE CAN LEARN FROM HEWLETT PACKARD, JOHNSON & JOHNSON, AND ASEA BROWN BOVERI?
What we can learn from those company is the the key of “Organizational Architecture”. How those companies can surpass "the structural inertia" and "the cultural inertia" is the great things.
